Reinhardt Transport Group (Pty) Ltd hereby gives notice in terms of Section 24G of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), relating to listed activities undertaken on the following property:
Portion 9 of the Farm Lot K 26

Mfolozi Local Municipality
KwaZulu-Natal
The applicant has conducted listed activities without the required environmental authorisation and is now applying for ex post facto approval. These activities include the decommissioning of historical diesel tanks, development of new diesel tanks, expansion of diesel storage, and associated phased activities on site.
The Environmental Authorisation process is being undertaken by Prescali Environmental Consultants (Pty) Ltd and will be submitted to the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs for review and decision.
Interested and Affected Parties are invited to register and submit comments within 30 days from the date of the notice. The purpose of this process is to inform stakeholders and provide an opportunity to comment on the application and associated environmental impacts.
All registrations and comments must be submitted on or before 31 May 2026.
