Corporate Social Responsibility

Because what we do off the road matters just as much as what we do on it.

At Reinhardt Transport Group, we don’t believe in ticking boxes or doing things for show. We help because we’re part of the communities we work in — and we care about what happens in them.

That means showing up where it matters, doing the things that don’t always make headlines, and following through when others step back. It means listening, staying present, and giving what we can — not for recognition, but because it’s the right thing to do.

A Team That Builds More Than Business

Our Social Economic Development (SED) team doesn’t sit in an office pushing papers. They’re on the ground — speaking to principals, visiting clinics, responding to calls for help, and working alongside community leaders to understand what’s really needed.

Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution, they meet people where they are and ask, ‘What will make a real difference here?

And then they get to work.

Where We Focus Our Support — And Why It Matters

We don’t work from a checklist. We work from need.  Here’s how we’ve been showing up:

  • School shoes, hygiene packs, and essential care items for learners
  • Participation in career days and back-to-school outreach
  • Toy drives and early learning support for nursery schools and orphanages
  • Contributions to feeding schemes and soup kitchens
  • School meal support for learners facing hunger daily
  • Full-time funding of four Community Care Workers who provide hospice and home-based palliative care
  • Ongoing support to local clinics, hospices, and care homes
  • Planning and development of community food tunnels
  • Establishing local tuckshops to support job creation and access to essentials
  • Sinking boreholes for communities without reliable water access
  • Full academic year sponsorships for university students with high potential and limited means

We help where we can — and when others can’t, we don’t look away.
We step in and follow through.

This Is How We Show Up

We share our work as much as we can because accountability and impact matter.  Every photo we post is there to honour the people, the stories, and the change being made.

We believe communities deserve to see where help is going, how it’s being used, and who’s standing beside them.

So yes — you will see our branding. You’ll see our teams handing out toys, school shoes, food packs, and hygiene kits. You’ll see our staff showing up at schools, clinics, career days, and tuckshop sites.

Because showing up should be visible.
Not for credit — but for connection.
Not for applause — but for accountability.

We apply the same reliability and care off the road that we’re known for on it — because for us, logistics has always been about people.

And This Is Who We Are

We don’t believe that real change is measured in headlines or handshakes.
It’s measured in the quiet moments — the dignity of a child receiving school shoes that fit, the relief of a parent watching their child eat at school, the peace of an elderly person being cared for with kindness and respect.

These aren’t projects to us. They’re people.  And each one is a reminder that we’re not just part of a business — we’re part of something bigger.

These aren’t just projects to us. They’re people. And each one is a reminder that we’re not just part of a business; we’re part of something much bigger.

We understand that trust isn’t earned in grand gestures, but in the follow-through — in being present, consistent, and willing to act simply because it’s needed.
